Required deposit:
One or two nights – first night's stay;
Three or more nights – one-half of total reservation.

Refund: Total refund if cancellation is received one week in advance.

No smoking, no pets, no children under ten years of age unless booking entire house.

We have lots of parking, a ready coffee pot, raspberries in the backyard and an occasional moose, pheasants and eagles. Sandhill cranes stroll through the yard during the summer months.
